Creamy Caramel Flan
Wonderful recipe! First time making it and it was great! Yes, when I made the caramel and put into pan, I had to work quickly with a spatula to spread around as much as possible because it does harden up quickly! But it's OK...when it bakes, it'll become juicy. After I flipped it out of the pan, there was still some hardened caramel in the pan, but I just stuck the pan in boiling water to remove and it worked great. I actually used a 9" pan instead of 10 (was all I had) and that worked just fine as well. It set up nice, flipped out nice and overall, looked wonderful. Everyone loved it! Will definitely make again! Thanks for the great recipe!

Bruschetta Chicken Bake
It's a good recipe in theory. I've made one quite similar off the box of Stove Top Stuffing if not just about exactly. All the ingredients go together, but to me, it just seems odd to have diced chicken on the bottom with the stuffing mixture on top. Doesn't seem to hold anything together and it was really, really dry. By the time the stuffing soaks up the juice from the tomatoes and then gets baked, it seems to dry out. So it's wonderful if it turns out great for you, but for me, this recipe is just too dry.

German Spaetzle Dumplings
Excellent recipe. It cooks up well and has a great taste. I pushed it through a colander which worked fine (though you can't have to small of holes otherwise it's way too much work) and I also used a pastry bag where I cut the tip small and piped it into the water that way and just broke it up when I drained it out. That's worked out fine too. So basically, this recipe seems pretty versatile as far technique and flavoring/additions. Will definitely use again!! Thanks!
