I used this recipe with guests visiting for the first time. We were all amazed at how good it is! I did not bake the chicken; instead I grilled it on my George Foreman with just salt, pepper, garlic powder, and olive oil. I did not have the sundried tomatoes or almonds on hand, it was terrific, anyway. Great use of my over-abundance of summer squash and zucchini from the garden!

Key Lime Cake II

This cake is awesome...I did the bundt style, and it took a full 45 min, at 325. Also, I added the lime zest to the cake batter to make it taste less like a lemon cake. Make sure to grease AND flour your pan, or it will never come out!
