This fondant is very easy to make, not much you can mess up ))) (for all of you who think you cant do it, you can!
This is the first fondant recipe I have ever used, and I am used to working with it.
I do add clear immitation vanilla to take away from the slightly overpowering powdered sugar! To attach another piece of fondant to tondant, I use water, makes it sticky quite fast.
If you add color do try to do it in the beggining otherwise you will get the marble effect!
**If you are covering a cake i would fighly recomend having a layer of buttercream! I have once tried to cover a cake w/ whipping cream and then cover it with fondant, a big NO NO!! my fondant tore and almost ran to the bottom, thankfully it was served within a few hours and no one noticed the moist forndant!
