A keeper! I marinated the meat overnight. Served in warmed pita bread with a cucumber, dill yogurt sauce (3/4 cups yogurt, 1/2 tbls. dill weed, a seeded, chopped and drained cucumber, 3 tlbs spoon milk, salt and pepper. Mixed together and allowed to blend 1 hour.)
