Fabulous and so easy! I used 1/2 cup blackberries rather than raisins. I also added 1/2 cup white chocolate chips. Amazing! Will definately be making these again. Thank you for sharing this recipe!

Coconut and Chocolate Rice Crispies

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2010
These are so delicious! There really isn't that much coconut in them, but the flavor really comes through. I wasn't sure how they would turn out using only 5 cups of cereal (versus 6 cups when making regular krispie treats), but they are perfect! Definately will be making these again. Thank you for sharing!

Chewy Peanut Butter Brownies

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2010
Made these following the recipe exactly (used butter instead of margarine) and then sprinkled chocolate chips on top prior to baking. They are fabulous! Next time I make them, I will probably not put the chocolate chips on top before baking. I will put them on after removing from the oven and spread out the chocolate chips once melted. I've read a lot of other reviews and am quite suprised. Mine did not come out dry or cake like. They are great. Give them a try!

Strawberry Upside Down Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2010
I thought it was important to share how easily adaptable this recipe is. I thought this recipe sounded really good, but wasn't sure if I had the exact items on hand. I didn't, but here's how I made the cake - it's kind of funny. I didn't have frozen strawberries, but instead used a combo bag of raspberries, blueberries and strawberries. I only had raspberry jello and yellow cake instead of white box cake. I didn't have mini marshmallows, but cut-up larger ones to cover the bottom of the pan. The cake was delicious! How do those marshmallows get to the top of the cake? Don't be afraid to make this one with a few changes. Experiment a little, you may just discover something amazing. I will definately be making this one again. Maybe next time I will try using the ingredients listed in the recipe.

Lemon Cheese Ball

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2010
Delicious! I used an envelope of Crystal Light lemonade and served with nilla wafers. I also added some lemon zest, just for a litle more lemon flavor. It was great and not tart at all. Now I'm thinking of trying other flavors of Crystal Light such as Raspberry Ice. Great recipe!
