Party Pinwheels
I look at all recipes as a foundation..which is why I don't bake because you have to follow the directions pretty precisly. I have been making a version of these for years. My suggestion is, look at the recipe, amounts, key ingrediets, and make it your own! If I had never seen this recipe I wouldn't have come up with my perfect wraps!

Garlic Cheese Chicken Rollups
I had chicken breasts thawed, and by the time I was ready to cook dinner I just wasn't in the mood to make or eat all the normal chicken dished I usually do. I happened upon this, and awesome. Since I wasn't prepared, I didn't have the garlic cheese spread, so I used cream cheese. I added garlic, rosemary, parsley, basil, and salt and pepper (normally I would have let that saturate for a while, but time wasn't on my side). I added some spices to the bread crumbs too. It was fantastic. Lots of variations you could do, to mix it up, but still the same prep. Many thanks!

Winter Fruit Salad with Lemon Poppyseed Dressing
I have been making this salad for several years, and each time have to go back to find the specifics for the dressing. Although this is not where I found the original recipe, it is the same. I read reviews of people changing things- please don't! Keep the swiss! Keep the cashews!! Keep the dressing- don't buy it!! Don't double the fruit!! If you don't like swiss, or cashews, poppy seed or craisens- make something else! Just sayin...
