Beef Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2011
Instead of using Bulion cubes or stock.. I don't like store bought., I just grade carrots and Zucchini, with celery and let those stew in a stock pot for 3-4 minutes in olive oil, follow with beef (cover it with salt and black pepper before browning to lock in the flavors. After meat browns, add water and a whole cleaned onion, more cut vegetables, potatoes, leaks, celary carrot. Cook everything until the meat is cooked through and all other ingredients are cooked to your liking. Egg noodles sound lovely, but my daughter is allergic to eggs so we will use another type of noodle.

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2010
I made this with the pastry flour, because I had it at home. Turned the oven on, and set the dough to rise on top of the stove, which is right above the oven and was pretty toasty, did everything right by the receip and it came out great!! My 2 yr had a blast playing with the flour :) .. And my very picky husband loved this pizza better than store bought. It came out to be a very thin pizza which we like. I used easy souce with equal parts of tomatoe sauce and paste with garlic powder, salt and real garlic to taste, and we added 3 cheeses.. Delicious!!!

I made both rolls and bread out of this, rolls came out great, the timing on the bread was off, I give it 5 stars because the recipe is so delicious and does not require a bread machine

Brownie Biscotti

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2009
I made it without nuts and chocolate, and added dried sour cherries cut in small pieces instead, because I did not have the other ingrediants. My daughter loved it and I am waiting for my husband to try when he gets home, I am sure he'll love them too. Thank you fir this one!
