Cream of Mushroom Soup III
Ok, I almost hate to give this only 3 stars because the flavor, as written, was wonderfu, but it was waaayyy too thin. Ended up making a roux to add to it to make it "creamy". So I tried it again, doubled the amount of flour to 1/2 cup, and YEA, perfect. Also needed to add some salt and pepper, but that's personal preference. I made it a third time, using the 1/2 cup flour, but used my home canned mushroom broth instead of the chix broth.....OMG, that was the bomb! I would definitely recommend this, but use 1/2 cup flour instead of 1/4 cup.

Kohlrabi Bread
I'm giving this 4 stars only because the bread, as made in a bread machine, is a bit too dense for me. The flavor is wonderful, but I think next time I'll put it in the machine at the dough setting, and when done I'll put it in a bread pan to rise and bake. Thanks for a delicious recipe that I can make when my garden over-produces kohlrabi again!

Kohlrabi and Egg Noodles
I added lots of pepper to the mix, and it was fantastic. Takes me back to my childhood because my grandma used to make this every summer when she had tons, and I mean TONS, of kohlrabi. Thanks for the easy, delicious recipe.
