Asian Salmon
We enjoyed this recipe.I didn't have sesame oil, but didn't think it mattered as the olive oil was enough. I sprinkled some sesame seeds in marinade and baked at 375 for 20 minutes. Love how the glaze caramelized onto the fish while baking, just positioned the salmon twice during baking to ensure maximum placement of glaze. Removed from the oven, peeled off the top fish skin and any dark salmon went to kitty cat. Flipped onto serving plate and had a few scallions so sliced them as garnish. Also made it using a bit of ginger ( "fresh" from a tube), personal preference as it doesn't have to have it. Thanks for a great recipe!

Black Bean and Corn Salad II
A fantastic recipe...thanks Jen. I'm a big fan of cumin, so add a bit, and stir in the tomatoes close to serving time. Also was inspired by a recent trip to Puerto Rico where I tasted something similar (but not quite as good), and used chopped fresh mangoes instead of tomatoes, which was a delicious version.

It's Chili by George!!
Gtrat recipe! Usually change a few things in recipes...to this one I subtituted crushed tomatoes for the tomato juice and the sauce.I first browned the onion, and added some needed crushed garlic. Then threw in the chopped pepper for a minute or two. I mixed the ground beef with the sesoning (leaving out the caynne) and browned that. Then mixed all with the cushed tomato. Simmer for two hours, adding the drained beans beans the last hour. Served with corn bread...yum!
