My Best Clam Chowder
I made it 'as written' and it was OK. It was edible, but not fantastic. It was bland, and I like bland things. I added some bacon to it - that helped. I added more pepper than I thought I would need. It was a super quick recipe to make, I would have given it 4 stars, but it was too much work for not enough flavor.
