Butternut Squash Bake

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2011
Hands down, this is the best squash recipe I've ever made. I used feta instead of blue cheese and panko bread crumbs. And if you're lucky enough to have leftovers, this is even better the next day.

Cheesy Cornbread Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2011
This one's a keeeper! I didn't have the type of cheese Kraft suggests, so I just used regular shredded cheddar and a couple tablespoons of cream cheese. But I don't think the cream cheese made much difference. A great recipe for anyone that loves Tex-Mex and cornbread.

Elegant Wild Rice Soup

Great wild rice soup recipe. The only things I did differently was adding the vegetables to the rice while it was cooking along with a bay leaf and some thyme. Thanks for sharing this great recipe

This is so good. Just the right amount of orange flavor. Not too tart and not too sweet. It's just right!

Like many other reviewers, I made a few adjustments and the end result was fantastic! The next day, my husband was still talking about how good it was.

Cranberry Sauce Extraordinaire

This recipe is as good as everyone said it was. I added dried cherries instead of the mixture and they were perfect in this very flexible recipe. I wish I could give it 6 stars. Thanks for sharing this with us. I'll be making this again.

I love this recipe. I've made it with filet mignon, a less expensive cut of steak and even with turkey breast cubes. It was wonderful each time. After reading other reviews, I decided to add a little garlic and substitute honey for sugar. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe. It's a 5 star keeper.

Sweet Potato Corn Bread

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2009
I was so surprised when I did an ingredient search for sweet potatoes and cornmeal and this recipe came up. I had about 5 cups of mashed sweet potatoes and a request for cornbread. It was a match made in heaven! I made them into 18 good size muffins, using 3 cups of sweet potatoes. Baked at 350 for around 25 minutes. Excellent! I'll make these again and again. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

Sweet Pea Mockamole

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2009
I had this at my sister-in-laws house last fall and thought it was pretty good, considering it had no avocados in it. After reading many of the other reviews of this recipe, I decided to make a batch today. I doubled most of the quantities, used lime juice instead of lemon and processed much longer than the directions say. I tasted it a couple times and adjusted the salt and chili flakes. I processed it some more until it was very smooth. I LIKE IT! No, it's not guacamole and no it doesn't have the calories of guacamole, but it's pretty darned good!

This was great! I had to make lots of substitutions because I didn't have green chilis or olives, but it was delish anyway. I can't wait to make it again, this time with all the proper ingredients.

Three Cheese Baked Pasta

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2007
Ooo, this was delish! I used some leftover spaghetti sauce and substituted fontinella cheese for the provolone. My only question about this is the cooking time. Is it 30 minutes or like it says at the beginning...1 hour?

I made these for breakfast this morning and we really enjoyed the sweet, light texture. My only change would be to add a pinch of salt. I'll be saving this one in my recipe box and definitely make these again.

We really liked these. Like some of the other reveiwers suggested, I sliced the hotdogs first. I'll make these again. Even the leftovers were good when I reheated them. Thanks bunches for sharing this easy recipe.

Broccoli Shrimp Pasta Toss

I made this for supper tonight using suggestions from other reviewers. I added about 1/4 cup of white wine and somewhat less of half & half, some chili flakes and I doubled the amount of parmesan cheese. We really liked it. I'll make this again. Thanks for this recipe.

Cranberry-Pear Tossed Salad

I just made this for our lunch...cutting amounts in half. It was wonderful. Being at a cabin in the northwoods, apricot nectar is hard to come by, so I substituted honey and balsamic vinegar. Hey, it's the best I could do with what I had on hand. All the other ingredients tasted so well together. I'll make this again and again. It was absolutely delicious. Kim, thanks for sharing this with us.

Buster Bar Ice Cream Dessert

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2006
I made this for dessert for our family's Christmas dinner. It was perfect! Like one of the others, I bought store-brand cookies, evap. milk, chocolate chips and ice cream. The only thing I did differently was increase the amount of peanuts. Everyone really liked this and the kids wanted seconds. I'll be making this one again. Thanks for sharing a great recipe.

We had this for supper last night and it was just as good as what we've eaten in Jamaican restaurants. We'll have this again. The only thing I did differently was I used metal skewers instead of wooden. Thanks for sharing a great recipe.
