Cream of Mushroom Soup I

I did this with milk not even half and half and it was wonderful. I too did use butter with the onions waiting till translucent then adding mushrooms and a little salt. I made a smaller amount to go into a roast. This taste so much better than store bought. And btw I also did like others and just did a chop to them as well. Will definately make again! I do not even like cream of mushroom soup from can but tried this before pouring into ROAST and OMG ;)

Microwave Mississippi Mud Cake I

Very much to my surprize this was great. Kids loved it and definately something I will make again. I did not use as much sugar as it called for cut back to 1 3/4 cup. Did not use the frosting but instead made a simple ganache but poured just a little over vanilla ice cream that we put on top. Definately more like warm brownie goodness than cake and making my mouth water again just thinking about it ;)

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

Just made this last night to try before making for Christmas. I have to say that this was so easy. It is very sweet and will try it again with the changes everyone is suggesting. I used a cup of peanut butter anyway because we love peanut butter. I didnt get the crumbly affect that everyone else did. It looked awful when I poured the peanut butter mixture over the powdered sugar and started to stir, but after beating with a hand held mixer it turned out perfectly smooth and was sooo creamy! Got rave reviews from friends and family!!

Aussie Chicken

I have to say that I was suprisingly pleased. Not a huge fan of some honey mustard recipes. It got rave reviews from everyone!! I agreed with everyone else about the corn syrup. I fixed it without it tasted and decided that it didn't need it. And to die down the sweetness of the honey added an extra 2 tablespoon of Mayo and using a whisk it turned out great. Would be great over salads as well :) I also did as everyone suggested and used the Montreal steak seasoning by McCormick and had an idea and added a little bit of Smokehouse maple by McCormick as well. I think what knocks this over the top was it was so juicy. By searing it till its golden on both sides and cooking it for 15mins in oven then I flipped added more sauce and let it go again for a few minutes. Then added the toppings and waited just till the cheese melted. Everyone was asking me for the recipe. And I have to say it is very appealing to look at too!

My family liked it will do this again for sure. I used boneless skinless chicken breast just because we like only the white meat and used shredded cheddar instead cause thats what I had :)

Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie

First I have to say this was WONDERFUL!! Reminded me alot of Oooey Gooey Cake...Just alot easier and so tastey!! Everyone at the party wanted the recipe and I mean everyone! Will definately make during the holidays.. I cooked the crust for a few minutes to heat up and allow the cream cheese layer to spread easier. Also did small dollups of cream cheese all over the crust otherwise it would be to hard to spread. Did same with the butter on the top crust...Didn't roll out crust just pressed the seems together too. And it was easy and looked just fine after cooking...Honey made a big different for those who wanted honey...gave it an extra little something!! Let everyone put on the honey themselves...Thank you CandelB for such a wonderful recipe!!!
