WHERE has this recipe been all my life??? OMG, it can't get any easy and is is SO de-lish! I made some last night some strawberries and blueberries...YUM!! Next I want to try pineapple with a little OJ. I am SO glad I found this just before summer kicks off. I have a feeling I will have some of this on hand all summer! The flavor possibilities are endless too...I have shared this recipe on FB and will surely be telling everyone I know about this 'Magic' ice cream!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR POSTING!!!

Jasmine Rice

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2010
3 things are missing from this recipe: minced garlic, fresh sliced mushrooms and chicken or beef broth (depending on what you serve the rice with). Add the minced garlic with the onions to saute. To the onion/garlic saute I also added salt, pepper, basil and a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes. I added 1 cup of sliced fresh mushrooms with the peas, rices, etc. For 1 cup of rice, I used 1 cup water and 1 cup broth. My rice was slightly under cooked, so I'd recommend letting the rice simmer for about 10 mins before reducing heat. Had the rice been perfectly cooked and with these 3 additions, this recipe would be 5 stars.

Honey Glazed Ham

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2010
I decided to use this recipe for Easter. I used a spiral cut ready-to-eat 9lb ham. The only changes I made was adding about 2T. Dijon mustard to the glaze and I used 1/2 cup brown sugar and a 1/2 cup light caro syrup. I also substituted whole cloves for 1/4 tsp ground clove. UNBELIEVABLE recipe. It was easily as good or even better than a store bought honey baked ham. Thank you so much for the submission! OH and, the cloves (either whole or ground) are a MUST. I must admit, the Dijon mistard was a delicious addition as well.
