Garlic Lover's Chicken

pretty good basic recipe but I still can't stop laughing about "garlic lovers" chicken! I use more garlic in a dish that doesn't call for garlic...anyway thanks

Tried this today on a whim with both potatoes and taro. Turned out really good although I did not leave them in nearly as long (4 mins was perfect). Tried one batch as directed and one with cooking spray...liked the cooking spray the best but both good. Thanks as taro chips can be as much as $10 for a 6 oz bag here in Maui!

Very good and authentic! Tasted just like my German friend's recipe that I failed to get before his transfer. I used the refrigerated dill (Clausen) and added a small amount of dill juice to the sauce then thickened at the end. Served with garlic mashed red potatoes and fried cabbage and onions. Thanks will make often!!!

Quick Cheeseburger Pie

Made this one twice...first as written and second with a couple of changes. 2nd time I took the advice of others and added mustard and ketchup before serving and cheddar instead of swiss also added shredded lettuce and did omit the crust...didn't really see the function of that. Enjoyed both and was amazed at how it really tasted like a cheeseburger!!

Penne Pasta with Spinach and Bacon

first shot was ok but a little...lacking? second try i added one small onion, one small green pepper, dash or two of red pepper flakes, some basil, and didn't do the draining of pasta over spinich, it wilts just fine on it's own. Love the second version and will make it many times!
