Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

I've been using this " no fail" pizza dough recipe for a few years. I have a big family and we all like thin crust. I scale the recipe to 22 servings and I get 4 medium sized pizzas and a calzone to use up the rest of my ingredients. I used a pizza stone in the early days and have now switched to the to cheap non-stick pizza pans, generously doused with olive oil, and the results are amazing. Love this recipe. We use it every Friday night for our family pizza night.

Pecan Squares Cookies

These were fabulous!! Just finished eating them!! I scaled down the servings to 18 and it cooked perfectly in my 9x13. I did cut down the corn syrup to 3/4 c. Gonna use this recipe again and again..... I hate making pie crust, but love pecan pie!!

Orange Soy Pork Loin

Liked the recipe...loved the method. Can't believe I never thought of cooking a pork loin in an oven bag!! So moist. Brilliant! I'm eating seconds right now as I type this!!

Sour Cream Banana Coffee Cake

I am a banana bread snob and this was DELISH!! I did use twice the amount of mashed banana. The only thing I'll do different next time is to DOUBLE THE RECIPE!

Simple Sassy Salmon

This was fabulous!! Used 2 fillets of red salmon so I had to double the recipe (I cook for 6) and everyone loved it!!

Kettle Corn

Yum! This recipe is so easy and quick and turned out just like the kettle corn i can only get once a year at the fair. I did try 1/2 brown sugar and 1/2 white sugar and did not like the results. The next batch I stuck to the recipe and used all white sugar and IT ROCKED!
