Wonderful! I always add more garlic! Would have been bland otherwise. Got rave reviews.

Quick and Easy Green Chile Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2011
I made this for our block party and it was a hit! I also added taco seasoning to the chicken and sour cream mixture and 2 sm. cans red enchilada sauce and one can green. My kids don't like things that are green! =) I also used 6 chicken breast, 4 wasn't enough. Thanks for sharing! The kids already want me to make it again!

Zesty Apricot Turkey

This was just ok. Kinda bland for my taste. Would probably be better if it marinated over night. Triple the sauce if you want enough dip for everyone!

Pleasant Pork Chops

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2011
This was wonderful! However, my 8 yo said it was too spicy, I used the Montreal Steak seasoning on the pork chops, I think that may be the reason for the spicyness!

Best Beef Dip Ever

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2010
This was very easy and good. The rosemary was way too strong for me so next time I will only use 1/2 t. I didn't have beef broth so I used one can french onion soup and 4 cups water. Had plenty of au jus. Next time I think I'll use beef broth though. Thanks for sharing.

French Onion Soup I

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2010
This was my 1st time making french onion soup and it was pretty good. Next time I will definitely only put in 1/2 the wine and probably only 2 medium sized onions. I used 3 and it was too oniony for me. I also added 2 t. of the better than bouillon for added flavor. I used all vidalia onions and I thought it was a little too sweet. The french onion soup at Max & Erma's is my favorite and that's what I'm using as a comparision. Not bad for my first try though! Oh, took an hour to cook the onions just right! Very time consuming but worth it!

Very good. My oldest said they tasted a little too sweet. Maybe next time I'll leave out the sugar!

Grilled Asparagus

Reviewed: May 19, 2010
This was super easy and very good! I coated w/EVOO and balsamic vinegar like others suggested and it was great. It did take about 7-9 min over med-high heat though.

Greek Lemon Chicken Soup

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2010
This was my 1st time making lemon rice soup and it was easy and delicious. For sure only use 6 tsp. chicken soup base. Perfect! I put the lemon slices directly into the pot then served. I think this made the soup a little too lemony. I will garnish with the lemon slices next time.

Italian Style Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2010
This was very good. I did add more seasoning though. The coating did fall off, I think I'll try adding the buttermilk next time as per other reviews. I also only made half of the cracker mixture and only 1/2 c. butter. It was more than enough. Baked at 425 for 20 min. and flipped them half way through. Perfect! Not too tough or dry! Thanks.

Buckeyes I

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2009
Making buckeyes has been a family tradition for us for years and they are the BEST!! I make them exactly as stated. Every Christmas everyone asks me when I'm bringing the buckeyes over! They are a big hit with all! You definitely need to double or triple the recipe to have enough to go around. For those who don't want a hole in their buckeye, you just smooth the hole over with your finger after you dip it and you'd never know there was a toothpick there. I've also had these when wax was added to the chocolate, personally I think it makes them taste too waxy and artificial. Personal preference I guess!

Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Roast

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2009
This was ok. Too much liquid and not very flavorful, probably because it was diluted from all the liquid. Don't know what went wrong. Won't make again.

This was very bland for my taste. Might make it again, we loved the crunch of the crackers but it definitely needs more seasoning.
