No Bake Chocolate Oat Bars

Dark Chocolate Cake I
This was easy to make and baked up great. Somewhat moist with a good crumb. Didn't have a lot of flavor though. Tasted like a box mix/walmart cake. The Hershey recipe has much better flavor.

Rich Chocolate Frosting
The absolute BEST frosting ever! I followed the recipe exactly but I also sifted all my dry ingredients to make sure it was very smooth and creamy. Mine didnt crust like other reviewers but thats probably because I added the full amount of milk. This is my new go to choc frosting!!! It tasted even better the day after I made it. Mmmmm good!
