Burrito Pie
This recipe is super good. My kids called it the best lasagna ever! So we've titled it Mexican lasagna in our house. I did put a package of Taco seasoning in the meat mixture and it turned out great. Maybe a tad spicy for the kids so next time I think I'll pass on the onions and peppers for thier batch.

Chicken Spaghetti Casserole I
This recipe was pretty good but definately still had that generic canned chicken soup taste. The family ate it but it wasn't on anyones top 10 list.

Chicken In Basil Cream
This sauce has THE BEST FLAVOR!!! Fallowed the recipe exactly. Now I am not a cooking expert but I do know how to simply read directions. I don't know what went wrong but the sauce was super runny. I figured just keep cooking and stirring and it will thicken... never did. Next I turned up the heat... Still didn't thicken. So overall I would say deinately tastes great over chicken but over pasta I would've prefered it to be thicker.
