maybe I did something wrong??! The reviews sounded wonderful, I had to try it. It just didn't turn out as great as everyone said. The best piece of advice that I read was to line the pan for easy clean up....I don't think I will try this again.

Shrimp Scampi III

This was really good, and very easy to prepare. I also used chicken stock instead of wine. I also added some parsley to the chopped garlic, as well as sun dried tomatoes. I will use this recipie again. It tasted restaurant good! TRY IT!!
