Carrot Souffle

I have made my Carrot Soufflé for years, its always a hit!!! Using canned carrots is no tastier than fresh. Actually so simple to make. I only use 1/4- 1/3 cup of sugar. I add some nutmeg, cinnamon and allspice. Kids think they are eating cake! DishyGal

Karyn's Cream of Crab Soup

This Cream of Crab Soup is the best ever!! preferred over restaurants. I reduce the 3T of Old Bay down to half or less if my daughter is here, (she can't handle the spice & extra salt.) I also use only 2 C. of the half & half or cream and the rest is with milk. Today I used skim milk. and it always comes out great!!! I don't miss the heavy cream either.
