Creamy Chicken on Linguine

I love this recipe. have made something very similar that I concocted,added fresh mushrooms( sauteed with onion etc..) and a Tablespoon of capers, and 2 cloves garlic... perfect. chop the capers, and slice mushrooms...

Joslyn, this is the potato salad I grew up with. my mom made this. now I do, and my sons want my potato salad for all occasions. simply delicious. and please no mustard. don't mess with perfection.

Fruit Sherbet

this is a fantastic recipe! made it last night after seeing it. I used the exact measurements and also added crushed pineapple to it. I put all the juices and sugar ,milk in blender, pulsed a few times. then after about 2 hrs of freezing, stirred it again with a fork. came out so wonderful. light refreshing dessert or snack.

Creamy Ranch Pork Chops and Rice

I made my own version of this just recently. was looking thru recipes for chicken, w/ ranch dressing. mine is 6 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, 1 cup fat free ranch dressing, marinate chicken for about 1 hour. then heat skillet , put chicken WITH marinade , saute til done. remove chicken , keep warm. add 1 tablespoon capers, drained, crushed, about 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar, and 1 can mushrooms. ( or use fresh) 1 tablespoon real butter, cook and stir til it thickens, add chicken back into skillet, cover, heat through. and serve. My own recipe I just made up on a whim. Everyone loved it! I have made this several times now, and always get raves . have given the recipe to several who requested . I can't wait to try with pork chops.

Sugar Coated Pecans

I love these. I experimented with different nuts. works well with all. I also used different flavorings. the one we all liked best was, 1 teaspoon maple extract, and brown sugar instead of white. soo good. I always get raves on these.

Never-Never Ever-Ever Fail Fudge

I have tried this for 3rd. time, just now saw the reviews for cooking time, bringing to boil is NOT cooking for 5 minutes! I copied this on 12-01-08 , so just now seeing the reviews. My question, can I redo it , recook it to salvage it? ingredients are expensive! help!
