I once tried to make a Mexican chocolate cake, it was an epic failure...two times in a row. (And when I say two times in a row...I literally mean the first cake failed, then I immediately made a second batch, which also failed.)

Original Blue Cheese Coleslaw
I don't like regular coleslaw, so I'm always looking for different ways to make it because the crunch is so nice especially in the summer! This recipe is awesome and a great side dish for any buffalo chicken sandwich type meal.

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches
Holy moly this is awesome! Used Frank's Red Hot Wing Sauce (what else). Husband told me to put this on the list of "keeper" recipes. Used the leftovers the next night to make the "Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza" recipe from this site- also awesome and a great use for the leftovers. Made the "Blue Cheese Coleslaw" recipe from this site for the sandwich's side dish.

Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza
I used leftover chicken from the "Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches" on this website. This is definitely the way to go my friends. I used Frank's Red Hot Wing Sauce (the best!) for the slow cooker recipe the night before, so the prep for this pizza was a whiz. I always use Trader Joes's pizza dough, pre-bake crust for 8-10 minutes at 450 degrees. I didn't use a whole bottle of blue cheese dressing- used just enough to cover crust as you would with traditional pizza. Topped that with the chicken and cheese and baked about 15-20 minutes til the cheese was melted. Mmmmmm...so good! Tastes great as leftovers the next day for lunch (try it cold- it's awesome!)
