I have to admit that I was skeptical of this recipe. It did end up to be a pleasing surprise. I did use fresh mushrooms instead and added cream of chicken to help balance out the flavor. All in all, an excellent choice!!

Creamy Mustard Pork Chops

This was a surprisingly good recipe. I did ad some garlic to the butter just for added flavor. I may consider using a little less Mustard next time because the flavor could be overwhelming. All in all, a great, quick recipe.

Zesty Chicken Meatloaf

This was an excellent recipe! I did add some onions to the mix prior to baking for a little extra flavor, but it would have been just as good without them. Even serving it with a side of sour cream was a great change from the normal dipping sauces!
