Great recipe! I used Duncan's Dark Chocolate Fudge cake and mixed it with Pillsbury's Peppermint icing. Wonderful combination and I dipped some in white and others in chocolate coating. I did follow others advice and waited till the cake cooled to add frosting and then once mixed I refrigerated the mixture a few hours before making into balls and then refrigerated the balls a few hours before dipping them. Worked great!

Banana Chip Muffins II

These were very good muffins, but I did make a few changes. I used 2 whole eggs, added 1 tsp. of vanilla and 1/4 cup of milk and reduced sugar to 1/2 cup. Made a great base recipe and the muffins were moist and had the perfect consistency.

Cinnamon and Sugar French Waffle Toast

Alfajores Argentinean Style

My daughter and I made these for a Spanish project she had to do for Argentina. They turned out great and melted in your mouth! We used 3 whole eggs, instead of just the yolks, and the dough was easy to work with and we had no problems with it being crumbly or sandy. Instead of rolling them in coconut, we covered with powdered sugar. Delicious!

Honey Butter

Chocolate Crinkles III

Very yummylicious as my daughter stated! I followed recipe as is except I halved it and used 1/4 cup of applesauce instead of the 1/4 cup of oil and I added 1 T. of Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa to mixture. They were very soft and had a wonderful chocolate taste. Perfect!

Almost No Fat Banana Bread

Good jumping off recipe for a low fat banana bread! I did add a 1/2 tsp of nutmeg, increased applesauce to 1/3 cup, added 2 tsp of vanilla, and 1/2 tsp of salt and used 3 very ripe bananas and replaced the sugar with splenda. Turned out yummy!

White Chili with Chicken

Delicious and kid approved too! I did make a few changes. I added a can of green chilis, added an extra 1T. of lime juice, and didn't rinse off the beans and used cilantro instead of parsley. Still mild even with one jalepeno, might use two next time to give it more of a kick.
