MMMMM... Brownies

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2013
I have used this recipe for a while now and love it. I just used this recipe to make a gluten free brownie and they turned out great! I simply substituted 2/3 cup all purpose gluten free flour (I have Jules) and kept everything else the same. Gluten eaters and gluten freers loved them just the same. I liked them even more the next day after refrigerating them.

Blackened Chicken Alfredo Pizza

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2012
I only used the sauce in this recipe for a gluten free pizza and let me tell you, it was fantastic! This will be my go to alfredo sauce from now on. I can't wait to make the blackened chicken at some point.

Quick Enchilada Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2012
I thought this was great. It was better than a canned sauce, but of course it tastes a little canned because some of the ingredients come from cans. This is not a problem for me. I omitted the tomato paste because I didn't have it and still thought it was great with our enchiladas. I will use this again and again.

Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic Chicken II

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2012
Great recipe. I used the recommended oregano, salt and pepper but changed to 1 cup of chicken broth, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, the juice of 1 whole lemon, 1 teaspoon of dried parsley, no bouillon, no butter, no water, and no browning in the skillet. I served it over buttered rice. It turned ot great. I will make this again and again.

Fried Onion Rings

We loved them. I used Peligrino sparkling water in place of beer, seasoning salt in the batter, and canola oil to fry. Awesome.

So good. My family loved it. I added more potatoes, more celery, and more ham. I also added 1 cup of mexican blend cheese to the sauce and a bit of cheese to each bowl. I was great!
