Great recipe. I used the recommended oregano, salt and pepper but changed to 1 cup of chicken broth, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, the juice of 1 whole lemon, 1 teaspoon of dried parsley, no bouillon, no butter, no water, and no browning in the skillet. I served it over buttered rice. It turned ot great. I will make this again and again.
