About this Cook
I love to spend time with and cook for my family. I love to cook but I hate to clean up the mess
My favorite things to cook
I enjoy cooking just about anything. I like trying different things. I love Cuban cuisine.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Our cooking traditions are not what I would call traditions, more like everyday life. I cook dinner most evenings and we eat as a family. Thanksgiving it is tradition for everyone to come to our house for dinner and Christmas Eve we go to my mother-in-law's. We all have specific things that we bring every year.
My cooking tragedies
I have had to many tragedies to count but I don't give up easy. I usually try until I get it right.

Easiest Brownies Ever
I have to say, this recipe did give me the texture that I was looking for. I did follow the recipe exactly but in my opinion, they have too much of a cocoa taste. I felt as if I were eating cocoa straight out of the jar. Very bitter.

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust
I had been using the traditional boxes of pizza crust mix until I found this recipe. My family loves this crust. We love pizza and I could never get the crust exactly the way that I wanted it until now. I use this at least once a week now. My husband asks me all the time, "When are we having pizza again". Thank you so much for sharing!!!

Sourdough Starter II
I thought this was a great starter. I used it with the San Fransisco Sourdough Bread recipe. It turned out great. It is quick and easy.
