Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Made trial run on family, huge sucess. Then had two dinner parties one for 18 and one for 27. I wrapped cheese in ham slice and then rolled and tied breast. If the breast was too small to roll, I just added a piece of chicken on top of ham. Doubled and tripled the sauce recipe. followed recipe instructions. Everyone raved

Whole Grain Waffles

Have made this recipe several times and it is by far the best waffles I have ever eaten. I Always thought flax seed & wheat germ was something health nuts ate, but my brother convinced me to try them. Last time I made this recipe, I did not have any apple sauce so I substituted cranberry sauce and it was also great.

Butterkuchen

My mother was famous for her butterkuchen, and had to bring it to many family functions. When we asked her for the recipe, she said she couldn't tell us because she just mixed until it looked right. I think we have the recipe now. The only difference is my mother would add chopped walnut to the topping

Creamy Pesto Shrimp

I really hoped this would be as good as it sounded. I love all the ingredients, but I used a pesto sauce that I purchased at the grocery store. The color was unappetizing, a violet grey. You could not taste the basil or parmesan. It was flat. I will try this again because all the other reviews were good, but next time I will make my own pesto sauce. It didn't look anything like the picture.
