Maple Salmon
I have made this for my family several times now and it is a favorite. I don't usually care for salmon, but love it this way. I double or triple the marinade and cook down while the fish is baking to serve on the side.

Annie's Lobster Bisque
I followed this recipe exactly, against my better judgement. Lobster bisque is one of my favorites but I didn't care for the worchestire sauce flavor. Next time I will omit and hopefully have a better result.

Wisconsin Native's Beer Cheese Soup
