Sam's Famous Carrot Cake
This is the first carrot cake I have ever attempted to make from scratch. Easy to follow directions...I followed recipe as written. The cake was moist and full of all the carrot cake flavor...I will forever compare every carrot cake I eat to this one.

Baked Potato Soup V
This was fantastic! Followed recipe exactly. I used the potato skins to make appetizer potato skins the day before and was happy to finally be able to use the insides. Thank you so much for sharing. This is a family favorite for sure.

Hashbrown Casserole
Really enjoyed this casserole. Made ahead for Christmas dinner the day before. Didn't feel like chopping fresh onions so used diced green onions I already had chopped and on hand. They added a nice color and the flavor was great. Kids spotted the onions too easily so next time I will use regular onions. Didn't have corn flakes on hand so I used corn flake bread crumbs and it turned on fine. Thanks for sharing.
