This quick and easy dish is spicy, quick and good for you!

This is my new go to weeknight dinner dish. It's quick, easy, healthy and very versatile. Omit chicken and add tofu to make the dish vegetarian. Omit protein altogether and it makes a nice side dish too. You can control the heat by adding as little or as much hot sauce as you like too!

I actually ended up submitting this one to all recipes. You can see it here:

I also wrote about it on my personal cooking blog: http://odetobaking.blogspot.com

Hope you like it!

About Me
I currently work in the entertainment industry- and my hobbies are watching movies, baking and learning to sew. Check out my blog about baking and my amateur culinary adventures! odetobaking.blogspot.com
My favorite things to cook
I like to bake cookies and am just learning to experiment with my own recipes!
My favorite family cooking traditions
Thanksgiving! We always have strawberry pretzel dessert ever since my mom discovered the recipe.
My cooking triumphs
figuring out how to cook a steak properly and not poison anyone with e-coli!
My cooking tragedies
Once when I was 10, I baked cookies and thought the recipe called for 1/2 cup of salt, when it really called for 1/2 tsp salt. The cookies were awful- but we fed them to my grandma's dog and he seemed to like it.
