Catherine's Sirloin Tip Roast
Fixed tonight for our dinner. I really liked it, but it is a bit tough, but not too bad. I wish I would have put in some kind of sauce like soy or even a little water. I did put some sliced carrots in with mine, those had a great taste to them.

Yellow Cake Made from Scratch
This was really good. Not as yellow as I thought it would be, but very yummy. I made the cake in a loaf pan (2) and we ate them right out of the over, barely cool, that was how good they are. Will be making this one again and maybe even frost it next time.

Campbell's(R) 15-Minute Chicken and Rice Dinner
Love this recipe. I had it a long time ago in a recipe booklet from Campbells, but I lost it in a move. The only thing I find is that it takes more than 15 minutes to fix this. I like to cook most meats on med-low, so that takes a bit longer. Robin
