Chicken Chimichangas with Sour Cream Sauce

This is really good, but there is too much chili powder for my taste. I did double the other seasonings, and the only seasoning I could really taste was chili powder. I will decrease next time, and hopefully get a chance to try the sour cream sauce!

Chicken Puffs

If you are a garlic/onion fan like I am, this is an amazing recipe. If you are not, you may want to start by halving the amount of garlic and onion. This is an awesome base recipe that has endless possibilities. After reading other reviews, I did cheat and used canned chicken to save time; I also did not have croissants, so I used biscuits. I don't usually rate recipes that I make changes to, but since I prefer real chicken to canned and croissants to biscuits, I cannot imagine how good this will be when I make it the 'correct' way next time!

Best Ever Chocolate Cutout Cookies

For flavor, I give this recipe 5 stars. Unfortunately, like other reviewers, I had an issue with most of them breaking apart while getting them off the pan. Even still, the flavor was so good that I will make them again.

Bob's Habanero Hot Sauce - Liquid Fire

Tastes amazing! I left the seeds in the habaneros though. I also took the advice of others and halved the mustard. I'm already thinking of a couple of variations...a little more brown sugar & molasses to make it more like a bbq sauce...or adding garlic cloves and a little liquid smoke to marinate jerky. As a warning to those using a food processor: watch out for the liquid level. Some of it dripped through the bottom.

Habanero Pepper Cream Pasta

I love this recipe, I have to add more habanero to make it really hot, but it taste awesome. My wife hates spicey food but she tries to eat it because the taste is so good.
