Baked Pasta with Sausage and Baby Portobello Mushroom White Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2010
My husband made this and it was so good! The only change next time will be to add some red pepper or use a spicier italian sausage. I loved it and the left overs tasted even better. My friends were over for left overs and asked for the recipe. We will def have this again....well worth the calories :)

Baked Potato Salad I

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2009
This is the 2nd time I've made this recipe and everyone loves it. I used 1 cup of sour cream and about 1/4 cup of mayo. I used shredded cheddar cheese and added extra on top. I omitted the olives. It tastes even better the next day when it's reheated. Also, I wasn't sure the 1st time I made it if you're supposed to leave the skin on the the potatoes. I did just to save time and it turned out great.

Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2009
I used ground turkey and minced garlic instead of powder and it turned out really good! It was for a Superbowl party and we made chili cheese fries. I baked the frozen crinkle cut fries and used the cheese sauce in the jar that's mixed with salsa and sour cream on the side...yum! It was so easy too.
