Hong Kong Sweet and Sour Pork

I couldn't find pototo starch so I substituted a mixture of corn starch and all-purpose flour. This is a great recipe.

Chicken Quesadillas

This recipe is super easy and my family loves it. We made it even faster by grilling chicken breasts on the grill the night before.

Baked Lemon Chicken

It has potential but the bread crumbs are very soggy if the recipe is followed exactly. I may try it again but will fry in a pan first, then bake or just bake on a rack, as others have suggested.

I made these yesterday. They look like uncooked meatballs with sugar on them. The cloves smell great but I can imagine someone putting the cookie in their mouth without removing the clove. The cookies are way too sweet. I will not make these again.

Cherry Bell Cookies

I made these yesterday. They are challenging to roll out, but I learned you could use flour generously without affecting the taste. They are beautiful and tasty!
