Bread Machine Thin Crust Pizza Dough

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2011
This crust was really good, hubby loved it. I use a pizza pan with holes in it & followed the recipe to a T, made a BBQ chicken with lots of red pepper also sweet & sour BBQ sauce which was a little sweet, next time will use regular BBQ sauce. The crust was crispy and cooked in the middle..will use this again for sure ..Thanks for sharing Healthy Boy

Made exactly as written & found it really good. The topping I just sprinkled over the top, did not push it into the apples, put it in a large pie plate and it was baked in 25 min, don't forget the ice cream... YUM !!

Bacon and Tomato Cups

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2010
These were tasty, I used a medium muffin cup and half a biscuit in each. (the biscuit did not totally bake) Also I would push it up the sides which I did not do. So probably a small muffin cup and some pushing would make these very nice. Thanks TABKAT, I will make them again...Joanne

Cabbage Roll Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2009
This is an easy recipe, but if I make it again I will use pasta sauce in place of tomato sauce. There was no flavor so I added some basil, oregano, pepper & salt. Also have an extra can or two of broth and stir every 20 mins. as it will start to get drier and the rice may not fully cook.

Garden Pasta Salad

I just finished making this and used only 3/4 bottle of dressing. But I also find something is missing, maybe it is pepper. Think I will toss in some more parm. It is a keeper though. Thanks L.Gale

Easy Iced Coffee

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2009
This is a really good and quick iced coffee, much cheaper than buying one. Some changes I will make later today when I have another one are: I will only use 1 Tsp.of coffee and half the sugar. I found the coffee was too strong and I don't really care for things too sweet. Sure will save about $3 - $4 per day. Thanks for the recipe Christy.

Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Balsamic Vinegar

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2009
This was really quite good! I only had chicken breasts on hand as my pork was only in roast form. I marinaded them for about 4 horus then grilled for about 20 mins.(give or take) while I basted with the leftover marinade that I had boiled off first on the stove. Hubby really liked Them as I did. Very moist and flavorful. Served with a mixed pepper salad that I thru together and baby carrots. Would definately do this again with chicken and will try with pork. Not bad at all!!!
