Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style
Instead of buying an entire chicken I bought bone in breasts and they turned out heavenly. I cannot wait to make this again!

Cheesy Creamed Corn
Hubby really liked this but I did not. We are both huge corn lovers, but it was a bit too rich for my taste.

Stuffed Green Peppers I
LOVED... LOVED... LOVED THIS! I have never made stuffed peppers that tasted so well. However instead of stuffing the peppers I cut it up and sauteed them and made a casserole. I also used garlic tomatoes gave it a nice flavor.
