GREAT!!! It's much better with Bone-In Breast!!! Bake Breast 45 mins, drain, cut 1/2. Drain tomatoes, up Vinegar to 2/3, mix all ingredients then simmer on stove to poured over cooked breast, simmer in oven 30+ mins at lower heat in tight fitting pan and cover w/ foil. My 9 yrs olds + hubby loved it more with bone breast over boneless. Breasts taste better the longer they sit the sauce. A KEEPER!! Great with Rice...use extra sauce/juice to top rice...might want to increase sauce.
