Extreme Chocolate Cake

Raspberry Lemon Muffins

A few substitutions: I used greek yogurt 1/2cup oat flour 1/2 cup wheat flour 1/2 cup regular flour 1/2 cup sugar I used mixed berries- just rasp would be better Very thick batter! Came out almost scone like, def more dense than regular muffins but great flavor. I would recommend using the lemon extract as they barely tasted like lemon and I doubled the zest, too

Pasta Fagioli

Excellent soup. A big hit in our house. I added spicy homemade sausage meatballs, too! I also added extra chicken broth for more broth. And the fresh grated parm cheese is a must!

Snickerdoodles III

Very good cookies. Delicious texture and taste. Not too sweet, but just right. I recommend taking them out when they still look a little gooey and taking them right off the cookie sheet. Yum! Be careful if you're recalculating this recipe using the "change the number of servings" feature- the recipe didn't recalculate correctly and I had to redo it myself anyway.

Chocolate Zucchini Cake III

I honestly have to say I was VERY skeptical about this cake...veggies in chocolate cake? The cake was a big hit! I made all the taste testers guess the "secret ingredient" and no one knew! I made homemade cream cheese frosting to top it off. Very tasty. Not too rich. Very moist! Excellent choice. I made the cake in a bundt pan instead and it came out great.
