not sure what I did wrong - my family ate it - but this was not a favorite. I definitely agree with whoever said the sour cream taste came thru a little too much.

absolutely delicious and so easy!! As someone else suggested, I did add a pinch of red pepper - probably about 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon........just to give it a kick! my boys loved it - and so did I! thanks so much for sharing......

Shepherd's Pie VI

absolutely delicious! I too added slivers of butter (and also milk) to the potatoes as they mashed. I also added corn to the smashed carrots.....just because my kids love corn. I cooked the onion in melted butter instead of oil. I also added a sprinkle of Bisto and a few shakes of seasoned salt to the meat as it cooked. A little salt and pepper - and perfect! thank you for a great recipe!
