Unbelievably Awesome Barbeque Chicken Pizza

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2008
YUMMMMMY!!!!!!!!!!! Relatively easy recipe. We accidentally put in twice the amount of sesame oil one time and it still turned out fantastic. I am not a big cilantro fan so I leave it off half of the pizza. This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled.

Yogurt Chicken

My students really loved this recipe. Make sure you only have a very thin coating of yogurt otherwise the breading will become gummy and not crisp.

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2007
I have been making this dish for years! It is one of our favorites. I have substituted turkey sausage, diced tomatoes and evaportated milk to make it lighter--still tastes fantastic!

Moo Shu Pork

This dish was very simple, just make sure you cut your pork into very thin strips. The only change I made was to use hot sesame oil. I made this with my students and there was not a drop left.

My kids were very skeptical when they saw the leeks... They loved it! No leftovers they were practically licking the pot. They asked if I would make it again next week.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2004
AWSOME!!! I made this with my students, they loved it as did I. Fresh raspberries are really expensive right now, so I used frozen and used fresh and frozen strawberries. I cut down on the sugar and just used brown sugar. We also put the cinnamon sugar on the tortillas and then cut them into wedges. My son made almost the same recipe today in his highschool cooking class today too! Instead of raspberries they used oranges. Thanks Annie!
