Marie's Easy Slow Cooker Pot Roast
Wow! You guys are turning me into a freakin' chef! The roast turned out very tender and my husband couldn't get enough of it. I used beef broth instead of water and coarser vegetables (whole baby carrots, vidalia onions quartered, and small red potatoes halfed with skin on.) The vegetables were added half way through and turned out firm but tender. Yummy recipe!

Easy Slow Cooker Sweet and Sour Pork Chops
Welll...something even I can make! This recipe came out delicious - very tender and tasty. I did make a few changes: used more onions and, instead of lemon juice, used blackberry Simply Fruit. I think next time I'll add more onion and use green pepper and pineapples as suggested in other reviews. Yummy served over rice.

Easy Decadent Truffles
Great recipe - even I could follow it!!Made these on Christmas for my husband who kept eating them! My only problem was rolling them (didn't realize I had to work with them so hard - reminded me of Aggravation Cookies in preparation....) but got the hang of it. This time, though, I think I'll go with the majority of reviewers and cut the sugar and chips, then use milk chocolate instead. They're even better when you dip them in dark chocolate and put a surprise in the middle (nuts, marshmallows, cherries, etc.)
