I loved this. I was leery because I'd never had canned chicken, but I decided to stick with it for the convenience. This was an amazing dish. It was perfectly moist, delicious, and definitely a keeper. The only change I made was that half of the cheese was a shredded cheddar blend because I ran out of the other. The one change I will make next time is cooking the onion a bit ahead of time or just using dehydrated or powder. I felt that the onions were still a little too raw for my taste (no one else seemed to mind though).
OK, second time making this: I skipped the onions, and I used the full amount of processed cheese. I will go back to half processed cheese and half regular cheese for future makings.
