Soft and Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies
This is the first time I have ever had to throw out cookie batter. I added a little extra flour as recommended by previous reviewers, but as they also said, it didn't make them better. Not peanut buttery at all, and bland. Thought I'd give it a chance, but now I don't have cookies to take for my meeting tomorrow.

Singaporean Tender Pork Spare Ribs
Amazing!!!! I used pork country style ribs. They came out incredibly tender and the flavor was spectacular. Thanks for a great recipe, we'll be making these again!

Cucumbers in Sour Cream
Great sauce recipe. I slice my cucumbers as paper thin as possible. Second time I made it, I added paper-thin sliced onion, and a tablespoon of Dill (to taste!) and a little extra vinegar. Also used Apple Cider vinegar instead of white. Thanks! :)
