There's not much to say about this meatloaf except that it is delicious. The sauce is pretty sweet, so if you don't like sweet and tangy meatloaf, you probably should leave out some of the brown sugar. I followed the recipe exactly as written and I loved it. I will definitely bookmark this one and make it again!

This pie is absolutely delicious and a perfect summertime treat. I am making it this weekend for the 4th of July. I follow the directions exactly as they are listed, making my own graham cracker crust, and it comes out just right. It's wonderful!

I took a chance and made these while staying with my family in a beach cottage last March. They wanted me to cook some Mexican food for dinner one night, but most of my older family isn't used to Mexican or spicy food, so I was trying to find things that I thought they would like. I saw cream cheese with this one, and figured I'd try it. They all absolutely loved these burritos, even my 82-year-old grandmother and her sisters. I made them exactly as the recipe said, and I don't think I would change a thing the next time. They were delicious and simple to prepare. I think I will make them for my husband and myself this weekend! Highly recommended.
