I started a workout program with a very strict diet. Low fat, low salt (ouch) and high protein.

WOW my first published recipe!! I worked on this recipe for 3 years to get it just right.
I have already received two reviews both 4 stars. The first one (thank you sooo much) is an awesome review by someone that really made my recipe the way it was intended and liked it.
