This dish was amazing! I was skeptical at first because it had such a strong smell, but the taco flavoring was nice and mild. I used a small bag of frozen corn in place of the canned and added an extra can of black beans. I love the addition of beer to the recipe it gave the soup a much rounder flavor as opposed to using water or stock. This is definately a "do again" dish! Thank you for posting it!
