Marinated Flank Steak
The marinade is very good. I marinated a flank steak for about 30 hours and the flavor is wonderful. I did use balsamic vinegar instead of the red wine vinegar. My husband didn't want to mess with the grill tonight, so I baked it at 400 degrees to our desired doneness. I'm not crazy about the flank steak cut of meat, though, and plan to try a different cut, maybe a London broil next time.

Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin
Absolutely delicious; excellent flavor and so tender. I marinated it all day. I prepared it as directed and added sliced onions under the pork as other reviewers suggested. Definitely a keeper. The next time I make it, I will invite company.

Caramel-Apple Crisp
Very good and easy to prepare. We really enjoyed it. I used Golden Delicious apples because that is what I had as well as old fashioned oat (not quick cooking) and it came out just fine. Other reviewers thought it was too sweet, but we did not think so. Thank you for posting this recipe!
