Sorry, I don't like to give a negative review, but I just didn't get this recipe. The amount of flour and oats for the crust was not nearly enough (split in half) to cover the bottom of a 9x13 pan. I had to double that portion of the recipe. Because of what one reviewer said, I lined the pan with foil thinking it would be easier to remove the bars when done. It was easy, the problem was the caramel that leaked out the sides stuck to the foil which tore up the edges. The result was a gooey mess that I felt I couldn't serve to my group. I won't be making these again.
