Simple White Cake
The most important part of this recipe is creaming the butter and sugar really well, then adding the eggs one at a time - beating thoroughly after each addition. These steps really make a difference in recipes that are heavier in eggs and flour, like this one. My cupcakes turned out fluffy, with delicious vanilla flavor. This is such a simple recipe as well - will use again and again (got rave reviews from my children and in-laws).
