Mediterranean Medley Salad
I made this today using garden cherry tomatoes, zucchini, seeded cucumber, bell peppers, mild hot peppers and with sweet onion from the grocery store. It was amazing! Three of us ate the entire dish in short time. What an excellent and healthy recipe for summer veggies from the garden!

Grandma's Lemon Meringue Pie
My son made this for Easter and it was delicious. I've made lemon meringue pie twice in the past with 50/50 results. This one tasted great and was perfect. This recipe is a keeper.

Pie Crust IV
